Mallam Fotos is taking Agbosh Wan to the court of law after using his intellectual property freely and disappointed him
Ghanaian comedian based in the North popularly known as Mallam Fotos during an interview on DM TV’s FaceTime with Naa Damba has cited taking legal action against comic actor Agbosh for stēaling his intellectual property and fan base.
Mallam Fotos, meanwhile, speaking on DM TV, debunked that Agbosh is not the first comedian who hosted a comedy show at the stadium. Discrediting people’s hard work must stop down here. Because DJ Carlos has done it before at the stadium using the late MR. Ibbu from Nigeria for that particular show. However, Agbosh is not the first and will not be the last when it comes to this.
Fast forward, Agbosh is heading to court for using Fotos’ pictures, and name in a jingle hosting a Comedy Album launch at the Tamale Sports Stadium. Fotos’ name was used and promoted the show and again denied his performance even after appearing at the venue to support as a brother.
According to him, he was later called to dance on the stage instead of performing as a Comedian. He expresses It was full of embarrassment and dissatisfaction for the kind treatment received at the show.
Even, before at the entrance of the stadium, Mallam had to buy one of the VIP tickets for his guy as there were five people including him 6, and with all this effort, he did not get the chance to perform.
Dynamic Fotos is triggered into believing that, Agbosh has stolen his intellectual property. The majority of the fan base was there because of Fotos. Which has resulted in a court case after the concert.
Conclusively, Agbosh stands not as the first comedian who hosted a comedy show at the stadium. While legal action is taken against him for embēzzling someone’s intellectual property. Desperate diseases must have desperate remedies.
