PURC’s Consumer Service Clinic Held in Northern Ghana (Photos)
On March 16, 2023, the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC) conducted its Consumer Service Clinic in Tamale, Ghana, covering both the Northern and Savannah Regions.
The event was part of PURC’s nationwide initiative to provide a platform for consumers and utility service providers to report service quality complaints.
In attendance was stakeholders from area associations, education, traditional authorities, media and the people of Tamale.
