The Ghanaian community in Pennsylvania, especially those from the northern part of Ghana ,the oldest kingdom in West Africa the Mole Dagbani ethnic group gathered to celebrate the enskinment of their new Dagomba chief, Naa Nazir Abdul Kadiri.
