Ghanaian rapper Maccasio slyly took aim at Fancy Gadam following the latter’s announcement of a competition concert at the Aliu Mahama sports stadium in Tamale. Maccasio posted on his social media, questioning Fancy Gadam’s decision to rejoin the competition despite previously claiming supremacy over them. He humorously referred to Fancy Gadam as a “confused element” for naming his concert a competition, implying that he’s now competing with those he claimed were beneath him.
The unveiling of Fancy Gadam’s competition concert led to a week-long conversation, with some criticizing the lack of creativity in the event’s name. Others playfully mocked him for seemingly lowering himself to compete with younger artists, thus coining the term “competition concert.”
Meanwhile, Maccasio also made an announcement of his own, revealing plans to host a significant and historic event in the Ghanaian capital on October 28th.
