2022 Grammy nominee Ghanaian Reggae sensation Rocky Dawuni has advised that the only way Ghanaian artistes can gain more world recognition is by avoiding competition and fighting among themselves. He urged them to stay together for a common purpose. Rocky observed that the Ghanaian music industry is on a good trajectory. Ghanaian dancehall musician Samini has called the official theme song for Black Stars chosen for the Ghana Black Stars’ campaign at the World Cup in Qatar as substandard of the talent pool in Ghana. Kentos Music Band, with support from the Ministry of Youth and Sports, released the official cheer song for the Black Stars.
