Chef Failatu, affectionately known as the “woman king,” surpasses the Irish man Alan Fisher’s Guinness World Record for the longest Cooking Marathon.

Before taking a well-deserved break, Chef Failatu outshined the renowned Chef Alan Fisher record. The cooking marathon’s intensity reached its peak on Day 5, where even the formidable record set by Nigeria’s Hilda Baci was left in the dust.

Day 5 of the Cook-a-thon witnessed a parade of distinguished guests, including high-ranking government officials. The Modern City Hotel, the epicenter of Chef Failatu’s culinary prowess, welcomed the Chief of Staff of President Akuffo-Addo, Madam Frema Opare.

In a heartwarming gesture, Madam Opare donated an impressive Ghc20,000 to support the Official Attempt, adding a touch of grandeur to the event.
